Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India with free shipping on every order, prepaid or Cash on Delivery, usually within 5-7 working days.

Delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days from the order date, depending on your location.
Remote areas, holidays, bad weather or courier delays may add a few extra days. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

Delivery address

Please enter your full address, pin code and an active mobile number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or because no one was available, the courier may return it to us. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. COD orders may be confirmed by call or message before dispatch.

Damaged or tampered parcel

If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record a clear unboxing video and inform us within 48 hours as explained in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
