These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits or buys from this website, run by Humera Enterprises (Proprietor: Mohd Islam), Koraiyya Udnapur, Near Primary Health Centre, Hargaon, District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh 261121, India (GSTIN: 09AIOPI9064N1ZD). Humera Herbal Remedies is our brand. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are true and complete.

Products and health information

Our products are Ayurvedic formulations. Product descriptions, benefits and usage instructions are for general information and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor. Results vary from person to person. Please read our Medical Disclaimer before use. Product images are for representation; packaging may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the details look incorrect or fraudulent, or the order looks like it is meant for resale. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Cash on Delivery

COD orders may be confirmed by call, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch. If COD orders are refused at delivery without a valid reason, we may disable COD for that phone number or address.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, try to access it without permission, upload harmful code, or copy its content for commercial use. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Humera Enterprises and may not be used without our written permission.

Reviews

Reviews you post must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are false, offensive or unrelated to the product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Humera Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
